No more wedding marches for her!
Wedding planner Roxie Honeycutt can make happy-ever-after come true for anyone except herself. Freshly divorced and done with love, she’s okay with watching clients walk down the aisle. What’s not okay? Sharing a charming Victorian house with accountant Byron Strong. He’s frustratingly sexy and determined to keep her confused.
Roxie thought Byron’s expertise was numbers, yet somehow he sees her for who she really is. Somehow he understands the hurt she hides behind a trademark smile. Suddenly romance is tempting again, even if it means risking another heartbreak.

Good read!
Poor Roxie. She’s a wedding planner while going through a divorce that has also made her seriously doubt that a happily ever after will ever happen for herself. This book starts of humorously, which helps set the tone for Byron’s side of the family. Then Roxie finds a home she absolutely adores. But there’s an issue that needs to be solved…Byron wants the house as well?
So she agrees to rent it for a year and then he can purchase it. Or so that is the plan… You can tell early on that these two are going to end up together but watching it slowly progress and develop keeps the pages turning. This was a really cute and sweet read that has you cheering for both Roxie and Byron throughout the entire book. I really enjoyed the authors writing style too! I am looking forward to more from this author!

I do enjoy reading this series about these friends!
Roxie is a wedding planner who doesn’t believe in happy ever after anymore but then again maybe she does. I like that she is willing to put her heart out there, knowing that Byron is ‘damaged’. Byron is a great guy and I love his family. The author does a good job of making us care about these characters and always want more!

Always a wedding planner, never a bride
Always a wedding planner, never a bride. I love wedding planner romances. But this wasn’t really one of those. This wedding planner has fallen for a house, but when she tours the house they find a man shaving. Roxie is the wedding planner who had a bad divorce and now doesn’t think happily ever after is for her and Byron, the shaving guy, is a widower, who doesn’t want to do marriage again, cos well death parted him from his wife. Of course they start to fall in love.
What sets this story apart from other romances is that Byron and Roxie have a history, but their past is keeping them from finding happiness with each other. I loved watching the relationship between these two grow. They had great banter and I love stories with Greek families. I always have and Byron’s family is just perfect. I loved every one of them.
A great easy read for a quiet weekend.

4 Stars!
The author gives you a romance that the reader doesn’t think will happen. As you turn the pages you wonder what happened to cause her to get a divorce. The author gives you a hunk of a man who is handsome, smart, sexy and keeps Roxie wondering. The author gives you some fun little twists and turns that at times will make you smile. The pace is steady and isn’t clogged up with a lot of characters to keep up with. As you read, you wonder why Roxie, being a wedding planner, was caught between walking down that aisle or watching others do it. You would think being a wedding planner would be lots of fun and make you want those plans to be made for you. But, life has a way of stepping in front of those dreams and wishes. Will Roxie and Byron be able to side step life’s little interruption? A fun, quick read that will let you get away from the hectic day for just a little while.
