Enjoyable read
I really liked this book and the characters. The story starts at the beginning and sucks you right into the story. I love it when I don’t have to get into a book and the story takes over.

Love this story indeed
Love this story indeed and for a change, the main male character, Gerald is a Brit, reminds me of gorgeous Colin Firth, Gerald Butler, Clive Owen and Daniel Craig. And how straight laced Olivia just wants to forget everything that happened between her and Gerald in Las Vegas, how could she anyway?

Love this book!
Love this book! My first Harlequin since 2010. I used to have these when I started my first job and as always, I love the stories. The characters are all likable especially Gerald, sooo nice and sexy with his charming British accent! Who wouldn’t like a guy like him? Oh well, there’s one… Olivia. Found her a little bit irritating with the constant refusal of accepting Gerald’s offer but overall, this is an enjoyable read, short and very sweet. If you are into light romance, you might want to pick up this book.

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas?
Ever heard of “what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas?” Well, not in this case. One drunken night, Olivia Lewis marries author Gerald Leighton, but remembers little of it except snatches of their “wedding” night in the Bellagio honeymoon suite. (Well, at least if she was going to do it, she celebrated in style. Right?)
Except she’s allergic to marriage. The next morning, she leaves, as quickly as she can, bra stuffed in purse. But who should show up at her bar back home but Gerald himself–looking for his wife! Ack! To get him out of her hair and away from her bed (and heart), Olivia agrees to give him three weeks to prove that she loves him, as he loves her.
What follows is a series of mini-adventures that culminate in a crisis of nearly epic proportions when his brother, the Earl (yes, he’s a titled Brit) shows up and shares a few choice secrets about Gerald that Olivia never guessed.

I really enjoyed the whole story
This book was entertaining. Gerald was great! I love the little sayings and phrases throughout the book and how they don’t quite mesh with our culture and phrases. Olivia has too much in her past to think about ever giving her heart away again. Her family is awesome. I love how they interact and that nothing is too much for them to talk about. They love each other completely and take care of what needs taken care of. The romance is good and I honestly just liked the story! Absolutely a 4/5. I really enjoyed the whole story.

Good read!
This book was quite humorous. It’s not your ordinary book about Earls and Dukes and their romantic escapades. The author put the humor in it and that totally changed the book. It’s nice to occasionally have a romance where the couple is already married but trying to woo each other. Good read!

I enjoyed it!
Writing against an established romance trope (reluctant groom – eager bride), Ms. Williams develops her characters in such a way that you can’t help but root for their romance to work out. Using a small town in Mobile, Alabama as the setting for most of the action, Ms. Williams takes us along on their journey and lets us fall in love with them as they fall in love with each other.
Ms. Williams does a good job pacing the story and developing the relationship between Olivia and Gerald. While from different parts of the world, and totally different types of careers, they just click. The secondary characters, mostly Olivia’s friends and family, add just enough color and emotional support for Olivia and Gerald’s characters. I also liked the people in town, who accepted Olivia for who she was, and Gerald, the new guy in town.
I enjoyed it and look forward to reading more of Ms. Williams’ work in the future.
