The Best was definitely saved for last…
For being a shorter book, this was so thorough! Everything felt explored and the characters were all really fleshed out. It also wrapped up the trilogy surrounding the Eaton brothers. I feel like the best was definitely saved for last because Everett quickly became my favorite brother and I was so glad he finally got his own story.

Hooked
From the very first two words in this book, I was hooked. Something about that line was nostalgic so I had to jump right into the story. Admittedly, this book is a bit of a departure for me as it has been some time since i read a story set against the western terrain. With that said, I almost gave up but for those 2 words and the feeling they invoked.
